  • About Sthlm Food & Wine

    We also look forward to meet again, but due to the circumstances unfortunately we need to move the fair until 2021! We hope that we can meet during other conditions this autumn. Stay tuned and we will be back once we have more information!

    Sthlm Food & Wine’s recipe for success is based largely on the contributions of committed and knowledgeable exhibitors and a programme filled with congenial events and activities, from celebrity chefs' and TV personalities' appearances to competitions for amateur cooks, cookalong, auctions and food- and wine-tastings. The Kockarnas Krog restaurant, run by some of Sweden's best chefs, serving about 3 000 meals during the exhibition.

  • Accessible to everyone

    Stockholmsmässan aims to be accessible to everyone. To ensure this, all our restaurants, congress rooms and exhibition halls have ground-level access. There may be limited access to some of our areas with level differences or events that attract large number of visitors. However elevators are available to all floors. You’re welcome to contact us before your visit if you have any questions.

    Parking spaces
    We have 20 parking spaces close to the Main entrance which are reserved for people with a disabled parking permit. Disabled parking permits are of course valid in all our other parking areas as well.

    Wheelchairs
    A limited number of wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Information Center by the Main entrance – you will need to show valid ID. It is not possible to book wheelchairs in advance.

    There is an Information Center by the Main entrance.

    Restaurants
    Stockholmsmässan’s permanent restaurants are accessible to wheelchair users.

    Restrooms

    Disabled restrooms are available near the entrances, in the exhibition halls and in the galleries.

    Elevators
    A wheelchair-accessible elevator is available in Gallery A. If you need assistance, please contact the Information Center in the Entrance Hall.

  • FAQ

    Our switchboard and our Information Center answer questions about our venue and our exhibitions on a daily basis. We have compiled some of the most frequently asked questions to help you plan your visit in the best possible way.

    Do you have an ATM?
    Yes, we have two ATMs in the Entrance Hall and one at the East entrance. As long queues tend to form for the ATM during our popular public weekends, we strongly advise you to take out money before your visit.

    When the bank is closed, Älvsjö town centre is just a five-minute walk from Stockholmsmässan. There is also an ATM there.

    Which cards do you accept in your checkouts?
    We accept Amex, Diners, Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. We also accept the following currencies in our entrance booths: Euros, Norwegian kroner, Danish kroner, British Pounds and US Dollars.

    Where is the nearest pharmacy?
    There is a mini self-service pharmacy in the Entrance Hall. The other alternative is Älvsjö town centre, which is a five-minute walk from Stockholmsmässan.

    Do you have children’s strollers to borrow?
    Yes, there are strollers you can borrow from the Information Center in the Entrance Hall. You will need to be able to show valid ID to borrow a stroller and it is not possible to book them in advance.

    Do you have lockers?
    Yes, we have a small number of lockers in Gallery A and by the checkroom in Hall C. A small locker costs 20 SEK and a large locker costs 30 SEK.

    Do you have checkroom facilities and does it cost anything to use them?
    There are checkrooms by the Entrance Hall in the Hall A and Hall B gallery, in Hall C and next to the Congress Foyer. You will be charged for using the checkrooms.

    Do you have an elevator?
    Yes, we have an elevator in Gallery A.

    Are you allowed to bring your dog to exhibitions?
    Dogs are not allowed to accompany their owners inside the exhibition center: The only exception we make is for assistance dogs. Obviously, show dogs are allowed into our dog shows.

    Do you have a kiosk-style newsagent?
    There is a Pressbyrå kiosk in the Entrance Hall.

    Do you have a sickroom?
    Yes, we have a sickroom at Stockholmsmässan. It is located between Gallery A and B, behind the Pressbyrå kiosk.

    Do you have a special room for nursing mothers?
    There is no special room for nursing mothers at Stockholmsmässan.

    Can I pay cash at the automatic pay stations?
    Yes, you can pay cash. There are money-changing machines by the Main and East entrances.

  • All the food and drink you need

    After a few hours at Stockholmsmässan you’ll need to refuel. Luckily, we have both a hotel and a catering company offering a wide range of cafés, fast food outlets and gourmet restaurants – all under one roof.

  • How to find us

    Both buses and commuter trains stop at Älvsjö Station, which is right next to Stockholmsmässan. The journey by commuter train from Stockholm Central Station to Stockholmsmässan takes just ten minutes. Fast and environmentally friendly, now that’s an unbeatable combination!

    There are 8-14 commuter train departures every hour from Stockholm Central Station to Älvsjö Station, which is only a 200-meter walk from Stockholmsmässan’s Main entrance. The journey takes just ten minutes.

    The commuter train from Arlanda Airport also stops at Älvsjö station. The train departs two times an hour and the journey takes 47 minutes. The train departs from Sky City, between terminals 4 and 5.

    Take the E4/E20 and follow the signs for Mässan/Älvsjö.

  • Parking

    We have 4,000 parking spaces available for visitors arriving by car. There are 2,000 spaces in our parking garage and in the outdoor spaces surrounding the exhibition center.

    Disabled parking
    We have 20 parking spaces close to the Main entrance which are reserved for people with a disabled parking permit.

    Cost
    The garage and outdoor parking space 40 SEK/hour or 120 SEK for a whole day.
