Cancellation Rules for Sthlm Food & Wine 2024:
Cancellations of stand space can be made at no cost within 10 days from the order confirmation date.
For later cancellations, cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
100% of Registration Fee/Startup Package and 0% of Booth Rent until February 7, 2024.
100% of Registration Fee/Startup Package and 50% of Booth Rent from February 8 to May 7, 2024.
100% of Registration Fee/Startup Package and 100% of Booth Rent from May 8, 2024 onwards.
To avoid any doubt, the provisions in the Agreement (including Stockholmsmässans General Terms and Conditions) will continue to apply between the Parties.
