At Aztlan we are a family of chocolatiers, chocolate-makers, and chocolate lovers, who are all united by one goal: To bring back chocolate's lost spirit. Chocolate has started as a luxurious food of the gods, hailed by Aztecs for its healthiness and complex delicate flavours. But, as time went by, producers have transformed chocolate to an unhealthy dessert, often consisting of more sugar than cacao. Doing this has made the chocolate sweeter and much more addictive, but has also made it lose its true natural flavour, health and spirit. We want to rediscover the majestic and authentic flavours of cacao by using the highest quality of cacao beans, minimising the amount of sugar, and most importantly nurturing our chocolate with care and respect.Join us in our goal to bring back chocolate's lost spirit!
